Ratio-Fluxer did not generate any trade in my account—contrary to home page claim

Ratio-Fluxer did not generate any trade in my account—clarification required

I activated Ratio-Fluxer Credit Spread Expiry on Saturday and allocated the full ₹3,20,000 before Monday’s market session.

On 1 September 2026, the strategy reportedly executed a trade and displayed a profit of ₹45,451.25 (+14.20%) on the Dhan/Stratzy platform. However, the strategy did not place or even attempt any order in my account.

My order history confirms:

  • No Ratio-Fluxer order was generated

  • No pending order

  • No failed or rejected order

  • Only my Delta-Rotation and Curvature orders were executed

  • Ratio-Fluxer still shows ₹0 P&L in “My Algos”

Since the algo was activated well before the market opened, this does not appear to be a late-activation issue. It was also not an order rejection or liquidity problem because no order was generated at all.

Could the Dhan/Stratzy team please clarify:

  1. Was my client ID correctly mapped to Ratio-Fluxer before today’s entry signal?

  2. Was the strategy actually deployed and eligible to trade in my account?

  3. Why was the master trade not routed to my account?

  4. Does the displayed +14.20% represent a real subscriber trade, a model trade, or a simulated/backtested result?

  5. Can you provide the server-side signal-routing and deployment logs for my account at the strategy’s entry time?

Other algos placed orders successfully in the same account today, so this appears specific to Ratio-Fluxer.

Please investigate and provide a clear technical explanation. When an algo displays a substantial daily profit but does not even attempt the same trade for an eligible subscriber, the reason should be transparent.

Hi Shashi,

The trade was initiated on August 27th, as shown in the signal breakdown.

This was not an issue, as the trade was already ongoing since last Thursday and you deployed algo on Saturday, this signal was not traded for you.

Please check the signal breakdown section to see the start date/time and end date/time for the trade. Hope this helps.
