The application should display the token expiry date/time prominently. In case of any technical issue that causes the token to expire unexpectedly, the system should proactively notify users through SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts

The session validity token is generated and managed by the broker, and hence, the exact validity window is controlled at the broker level. Due to this, displaying an accurate remaining expiry time can be challenging, as the token may become invalid before the expected expiry time due to multiple broker-side conditions.
For example, changes in account credentials or security-related updates at the broker end can result in the session becoming invalid earlier than the original validity period.
However, Stratzy does monitor the broker session status at the user level, and whenever a session expires, we notify users (via mobile app) and prompt them to re-link their broker account to continue using the platform seamlessly.
